(Drop Ship) Can you ship to a different address than my billing?
NO, we are NOT able to ship to an address other than your billing address.

Please remember to enter your correct details , building , apartment details or company name if the delivery is going to an business premesis.

Return parcels Due to insufficient address provided will inccur a fee by our courier's which will be billed to the customer for supplying incorrect or insufficient address.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry we do not ship internationally.

How long will it take before my order ships?
We request 10 business days to process all orders, if the items you have ordered are listed in stock when you place your order online then we will do our best to dispatch the order within 10 - 14 business days (however it is not a guarantee), selected shipping times apply after the processing time. Logitechshop (Super bargains may take up between 14 to 21 days to ship) will do our very best to ensure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing address/shipping address. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Can I pick up my order , since logitechshop is located in Sydney?
No. we do not provide pick up for our local customers in Sydney .

How do I check my shipping charges?
It's easy! When adding items to your shopping cart, you will see a shipping calculator underneath your subtotal. Enter your postcode code and click "go" to see a list of shipping options and costs. No registration is required to obtain shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on the item(s) of your order.

How do I track my order when its shipped?
You do not need to do anything. Our new website will automatically send your tracking numbers via email once your order has been shipped.

If you have not received a tracking number and your order has indeed shipped, you can also visit your order status directly through our website to obtain the tracking numbers.

How do we calculate our shipping ?
Shopping at Logitechshop is all about the cheapest possible way we can get an item to you.

Therefore if you buy more than 1 item, your shipping cost for the 2nd, 3rd & subsequent items will be less than the first item!
